Training on Centralised Public Grievance Redressal Systems held

Training on Centralised Public Grievance Redressal Systems (CPGRAMS) was held at the new Directorate building of IT&C on 29th June 2018. The overall objective of the workshop was to sensitive public grievance nodal officers of the State Government on the usage of Centralised Public Grievance Redressal System (CPGRAMS).

The resource persons for training were Mr. Chura Katiry, Sr. Program Officer, Mr. Yanger Longkumer, Asst. Program Officer and Mr. Kumughato Chophy, Project Engineer. Overall 54 participant comprising of Public Grievance Nodal Officer from 51 department attended the training.

The Participants at the training had suggested the following as feeback:- :

  • To generate awareness in the media regarding the CPGRAMS.
  • To conduct refresher workshops more frequently.
  • Mechanism to update Nodal Officer details as in some cases the Nodal Officer is Transferred / Resigned.
